REQUIREMENTS:
Plantains ( Raw Banana ) - 2, Corn - 1/2 cup, Cabbage - 1 cup, Boiled French Beans - 1/2 cup, Simla Chilli - 1, Coriander leaves - 2 spoons, Venigar - 1 small spoon, red Chilli powder- 1/2 spoon, Salt as required.
COOKING STYLE:
At first you have to boiled the Plantines and Corn and make them slightly a paste. Now add Cabbage, Beans, Simla Chilli, Coriander leaves, Venigar, Salt and Red Chilli to the paste and mix it gently. Next prepare it as cutlets shape and gently roast these for both sides. The Cutlet is ready now and Serve with ketchup...hmm...Vov...
