Beetroot Halwa



Ingredients

Beetroot :- 1kg. 
Saffron Flakes :- Few 
Milk :- 1 ½ litre 
Elaichi Powder :- 1 tbsp. 
Sugar :- 500 g 
Ghee :- 1 tbsp. 

METHOD

Wash beetroot, peel & grate it. Add milk & dudhi in a frying pan. Boil it for some time till it forms a thick texture. Stir it continuously. Now add sugar and continue cooking. Following this add Elaichi, saffron & ghee and cook. Sauté it on low flame till the ghee and the mixture separate. Serve it hot.
