    Coconut Dosa


    Ingradients:


    Boiled rice – 2 cups
    Fresh scrapped coconut-1cup
    Salt to taste
    Soda powder- a pinch

    Method:

    1. Soak the rice for five hours and grind it to swish batter together with coconut.
    2. Allow the batter to ferment hole night
    3. Next day add salt and soda powder to the batter .
    4. Pour the dosa on tawa roaste single aspect and serve hot.
