
Ingredients:
Wheat Atta - 2 cups
Spinach - 1 bundle
Salt, oil - enough
METHOD
Add the chopped Spinach in boiling water mixed with salt to pull the paste. The paste of flour, salt, and mix well to include on spoon oil. keep it under a wet cloth for about 10 minutes. Prepare small balls from the dough. Roll out thick pooris from these balls. Deep-fry the pooris in hot oil. Turn over when puffed. Fry other side till golden brown
