Sago dosa ( Saggubiyyam Dosa)



Requirments
Sago - 1Cup
Rice - half cup
Green chillies - 2
Ginger - Small piece
Salt - Enough


METHOD
Sago, rice mixed and soked 6 hours. Water removed rice, add chilli, ginger, along with the crowned flour mixed. Combine the salt and water to bring bowl. This was supposed to be thin dough. Pie from the outside, on the inside (flour dosellaga) pancake.Take a fry at both sides.
