
Ingredients:Chana dal soaked and grinded with salt,green chillies
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
Onions - 3
Green chillies - 4
Coconut grated - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - Pinch
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon

METHOD
1..Heat ample oil for deep sauteing.
2.Take a bowl add ground chana decaliter paste to the present add ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,onions,green chillies and blend well.
3.Now prepare little patties with the bottom mixture and drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning the patties in between and deep fry until golden brown color.Transfer into a bowl and keep aside.
5.Take another pan pour some oil and warmth it,add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and saute for number of minutes.
6.Add onion,coconut paste to the skillet and blend it well.Now add garam masala powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chili pepper powder and fry for one more couple of minutes.
7.After sauteing add some water pro re nata and convey it to boil,add curd and provides it a decent combine.Finally add deep-fried vadas to the pan,mix well and cook for one more a pair of minutes until done.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves,curry leaves.Serve hot.
