Vankaya Bajji Curry



Ingredients:
Brinjal - 250 Grams
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - Pinch
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt to taste
Besan flour - 1 cup
Green chillies - 3
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Oil
Tomatoes chopped - 1 cup
Baking soda - Pinch

Preparation:
1.Heat spare oil for deep preparation.

2.Take a bowl one cup,cooking soda a pinch,red chillli powder 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder a pinch,salt combine well with water and prepare thick consistency batter.

3.Dip the garden egg items in besan batter and deep fry,fry until golden color and drain onto a paper napkin.

4.Take another pan pour 3-4 tbsp and warmth it.

5.Add onion sliced 1/2 cup,green chillies 1/2 tbsp,ginger garlic paste one tbsp and saute for couple of minutes.

6.Add one cup tomatoes sliced and cook until tender,add salt,turmeric powder.red chili powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp and blend well equally.

7.Finally add bajjis and provides it a fine combine...Transfer into a plate and serve hot..!!!
