Vegetable Uthappam



Ingredients
Rice - two cups,
Minappappu - 1 cup,
Senagapappu - 1/2 Cup
Pesarapappu - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - three,
Onions - three
Tamatalu - two
Greaped carrot - cup
Peas - 1/4 cup (Cook)
Bins ten (chopped cook)
Uppu to taste,
Oil - 1/2 Cup

METHOD
Soked Rice, lentils next day to grind the rest of the shrimp aside. After the onions, chopped tomatoes to keep. After three tablespoon of oil in pan, heat after green chillies, onion magginci tomatoes, beans, peas keeped. after the Some time salt, chilli, coriander combined. Prepare the vegetable mixture to the flour mixture and mix set. half an hour after Vutappam flour and fry in the oil pie pan on the stove heat enough baked. Hot Vegetable Uthappam with coconut chutney eating is more tastier.
