
Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups
Potatoes - 250 grams
Capsicum - 2
Dry red chillies - 2
Whole garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Urad dal - 1 spoon
Chana dal - 1 spoon
Dry coconut - 1 spoon
Coriander seeds - 1 spoon
Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,curry leaves,potatoes cut into cubes 1 bowl,mix well fry for 2 minutes.
3.Cover and cook for few minutes.
4.Add capsicum pieces,salt to taste,masala powder 1 cup(chana dal,urad dal,coriander seeds,dry coconut,dry red chillies,whole garam masala)
5.Mix well evenly,cook on medium flame.
6.Finally add cooked rice and give it a fine mix,transfer onto a bowl,serve hot.
