
Ingredients:
Maida 2 cups
Dry Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Baking soda a pinch
Oil 2 tbsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Potatoes 2 medium boiled
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Mango powder 1/2 tbsp
Green capsicum 1 chopped
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water and let it sit for 10 minute.Add sugar, salt and baking soda to the flour and mix well.
2.Add the oil and yogurt mix it well,Add the water/yeast mixture and add water as needed to make the dough firm.
3.Knead the dough well and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
4.Boil 2 medium potatoes until they are tender.Once cooked, drain the water and let the potatoes cool down.peel the skin off and mash the potatoes.
5.Add green capsicum , cilantro, cumin seeds, mango powder, garam masala, and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix it well.
6.Preheat the oven to 500 degrees with pizza stone for about thirty minutes so stone is hot. Knead the dough for about two minutes and divide the dough into six equal parts, and divide the potato mix in six parts.
7.Roll the dough into small chapathi and place potato dough inside,close the edges firmly.Prepare naan and place in baking stone and bake for 2-3 minutes.
8.Take out naan from from oven and brush it with butter and serve hot.
