BeetRoot Pulao

BeetRoot Pulao,BeetRoot Pulao in andhra style, how to prepare BeetRoot Pulao

Ingredients:

Beetroot grated 1 cup
Basmati rice 1 cup
Potatoes 1 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
Beans chopped 1/2 cup
Pudina leaves
Onion chopped 1
Jajikaya 1 small piece
Cashew nuts 10 grams
Green chillies 3
Whole garam masala
Salt to taste
Marathi mogga
Oil 3 tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,add cashew nuts and fry for few minutes.

2.In the same pan add soome more oil and heat it,add onions and saute for few minutes till light brown.

3.Add veggies to the frying pan and fry,add whole garam masala,pudina and fry for few minutes.

4.Add 2 cups of hot water to the frying pan and add salt,cover and cook for 5 minutes.

5.Add soaked rice and mix well,cover and cook for another few minutes.After done transfer the rice into another bowl and add beetroot grated,cashew nuts to the pan and spread into a layer.

6.Cover it with rice and cook for another 5 minutes by covering with lid.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
