
Ingredients:
Cauliflower 2 cups
Red chilli powder 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 cup
Mustard powder 1/4 cup
Oil 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Dried red chillies 2
Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cauliflower pieces to the hot oil and deep fry till it changes into light brown colour and rest aside to cool down.
3.Add red chilli powder,salt,mustard powder and mix it well.
4.Add lemon juice and give it a stir,meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Add dried red chillies,cumin,mustard seeds and fry for few seconds finally pour this mixture on top of pickle.
