Ingredients:
Rice 1 cup cooked
Capsicum chopped 1
Pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curd 2 cups
Dried red chillies 2
Curry leaves
Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Carrot grated

1.Take a bowl combine cooked rice,curd,salt and some water,mix well and keep aside.
2.Heat some ghee in a pan,add dried red chillies,mustard seeds,pepper corns and fry for a minute.
3.Add ginger chopped,curry leaves and saute for a minute.
4.Add capsicum chopped and fry for few minutes.Switch off the flame and pour the tempering mixture on top of curd rice and give it a good mix.Garnish with carrot grated and serve.
