How to make Egg pakora at Home


Ingredients

4 boiled eggs
1 Table spoon of amchoor (mango powder)
2 table spoons of chilli flakes
½ table spoon of ginger and garlic paste
1 table spoon of black pepper powder
1 table spoon of garam  masala
2 cups of besan (gram flour)
Oil (for frying purposes)
Salt (as per taste)

METHOD
Heat the oil on high flame for five minutes. On the other hand, add water in besan (gram flour) to make a paste. Add red chilli flakes, ginger-garlic paste and salt to it. Mix it thoroughly and add black pepper powder, garam masala. Mix the batter again. Soon put eggs in the stuff and coat the material nicely on it. Soon deep fry coated eggs and let then turn golden browned. Take out soon and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle some masala over it. Remember, the flavour of egg pakora is enhanced when taken with mint chutney or sauce.
