    Mushroom Paneer Pulao

    Ingredients:
    Oyster mushrooms 8
    Button mushrooms 8
    Basmati rice soaked 1 cup
    Oil 4 tbsp
    Onion sliced 1 medium
    Garlic minced 2 cloves
    Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
    Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp

    Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
    Dried fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Paneer cur into 1/2 inch cubes 1cup
    Coriander leaves sprigs chopped

    Preparation:


    1.Soak oyster mushrooms in 1/2 cup water and chop.
    2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add paneer and saute till light golden colour.Drain and set aside.
    3.Take another and pour some oil and heat it,add onion chopped,minced garlic and saute.
    4.Add oyster mushrooms,button mushrooms and saute.
    5.Add turmeric powder,crushed coriander seeds,red chilli powder,dried fenugreek leaves,salt and mix well.
    6.Add soaked basmati rice and 2 cups water,reduce the heat,cover and cook till rice is completely done.
    7.Garnish with fried paneer and coriander leaves.Serve hot.
