Spinach dosa



INGREDIENTS 

Bengalgram flour 1cupWheat flour 1cup
Finely chopped spinach 1cup
chopped oninon 2
chopped green chillies 4
Salt
Oil/ghee for cooking

Method
Add all the above and salt and water to make it into a dosa batter consistency. Prepare dosa immediately. Serve hot for good taste. Serve this dosa with butter, idli podi /hot chutney.
