Sweet Corn Kurma



Ingredients:
Boiled Sweet corn 1 cup
Onion chopped 1
Green chillies 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Gasagasalu 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Kasoori methi
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp

Preparation:
1.Heat some butter in a pan,add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and saute till golden brown colour.
2.Add cashew nut,gasagasala paste and mix well,add some water and saute.Cover and cook for few minutes.
3.Add some coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,sugar and mix well.
4.Add tomato ketchup,red chilli powder,salt,fresh cream and saute ,cook for few minutes.
5.Add kasoori methi,sweet corn and give it a good mix.Cover and cook for 2 minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts.
