    Sweet Corn Paneer Pakoda



    Ingredients:
    Paneer pieces - 1/2 cup
    Sweet corn - 1 cup
    Besan flour - 1/2 cup
    Red chilli powder - 1 spoon

    Cooking soda - Pinch
    Cashew nuts
    Salt to taste
    Oil for deep frying

    Preparation:
    1.Heat spare oil for deep preparation.

    2.Take a bowl add paneer cubes 1/2 cup,sweet corn one cup,pinch of preparation soda,cashew around the bend,red hot pepper powder,salt to style,1/2 cup besan flour and blend well with water and prepare pakodi batter.

    3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry.

    4.Keep turning the pakodas until they modify into golden brown color.Transfer onto a paper napkin.Serve hot.
