    Beerakaya Vada


    Ingredients:
    Beerakaya pieces 1 cup (soaked in salt water for few minutes)
    Rice flour 1 cup
    Onion chopped
    Green chillies
    Cumin seeds
    Salt to taste
    Oil for deep frying
    Red chilli powder
    Coriander leaves

    Preparation:


    1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.

    2.Take a bowl add beerakaya pieces,rice flour,onion chopped 1 cup.green chillies chopped,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,salt to taste,red chilli powder,coriander leaves and mix well bya dding some water as we needed.

    3.Grease a plastic cover with some oil and prepare small vadas on it,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.

    4.Deep fry till golden colour by turning on both the sides,fry evenly.

    5.Transfer onto paper napkin and drain excess oil and serve hot..!!
