    How to make Aloo Kofta Curry in telugu,andhra style How to make Aloo Kofta Curry
    Ingredients:

    Potatoes 3
    Green peas 1/2 cup
    Corn flour 3 tbsp
    Besan flour 2 tbsp
    Fresh cream 1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Coconut slices fresh
    Gasagasalu 2 tbsp
    Onion paste 2 tbsp
    Cashew nuts
    Tomato paste 1/2 cup
    Salt to taste
    Red chilli powder
    Turmeric powder
    Cumin powder 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves
    Oil for deep frying
    METHOD
    1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.


    2.Take a bowl combine boiled potatoes,green peas,cumin powder,coriander powder,corn flour,besan flour,red chilli powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and mix well all the ingredients evenly.

    4.Prepare small round balls and dip in corn flour mixture and deep fry till nice golden brown colour.

    5.Heat some oil in another pan add onion paste,saute for a minute.Add tomato puree and mix well,cover and cook for few minute.

    6.Add cashew nut paste (gasagasalu,cashew nuts,coconut),red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Cook for few minutes.

    7.Add some water as required and bring it to boil.Cook till oil floats on top of pan,finally add fried koftha balls and mix well.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
