    Ingredients:

    Raagi flour - 1/2 cup
    Jowar flour - 1/2 cup
    Rice flour - 1/2 cup
    Red chilli powder - 1 spoon

    Salt to taste
    Sesame seeds - 1 spoon
    Oil for deep frying

    Preparation:

    1.Take a bowl add jowar flour,rice flour,raagi flour,sesame seeds,salt,red chilli powder,hot oil and mix well all the ingredients evenly with water.

    2.Prepare a smooth dough mixture.

    3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,knead well the dough mixture equally in parts with little water.

    4.Take a sev presser grease some oil inside the presser,place the dough mixture and press directly in hot oil and deep fry till nice brown colour and crisp.Serve.
