Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1 cup
Oats powder 1/2 cup
Besan flour 1 tbsp
Curd 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Green chillies 3

Preparation:

Preparation:
1.Take a deep bowl add wheat flour,oats powder,besan flour,salt,curd and mix well with water and prepare a smooth batter.
2.Blend cumin seeds,ginger,green chillies,salt into a smooth paste,add this paste to the batter and mix it well.
3.Heat a skillet by drizzling some oil.now pour the batter on pan and spread evenly.
4.Drizzle some oil on top and flip gently and cook evenly on both sides till nice golden brown colour.Serve hot.
