REQUIREMENTS:
Spinach paste - 200 gr., Boiled Potato - 400 gr., Paneer - 100 gr., cut pieces of Green Chilli - 10 gr., fried Gram flour - 50 gr., Corn flour - 20 gr., Yellow chilli powder - 10 gr., Cashew nuts - 20 gr., small cut pieces of Ginger - 10 gr., Bread Crumbs - 50 gr., Oil and Salt as required.
COOKING STYLE:
Peel off the skin of Boiled Potato and grate it, and cut the Paneer into pieces. Now mix the all above said items in a bowl except Oil. And next make the mixture as small balls and press them like cookies. Now heat the Oil in a Pan and fry them. Now the Banjara Tikkie is Ready... and Serve it with Green Chutney and Curd Chutney...hmm...Good...
