REQUIREMENTS:
Bread - 2, Potatoes - 1/2 kg, Green Peas - 1 cup, Grated Carrot - 1 cup, Grated Cauli Flower - 1 cup, Grated Beans - 1 cup, Grated Onion - 1 cup, cut pieces of Capsicum - 1/2 cup, Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 spoons, Red Chilli powder - 2 spoons, Garam Masala - 1 spoon, Lemons - 2, Coriander leaves - 2 spoons, Oil, Salt, Turmeric powder as required.
COOKING STYLE:
At first fry the Ginger Garlic paste, Onion and Capsicum pieces with Oil in a Pan. Boiled all above said vegetables and put them in the Pan and fry them until evoperation of water. Now mix this with Salt, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Garam Masala and again mix with lemon liquid and cilantro (coriander leaves). Now the curry is ready. Next cut the boarders of the Bread like skin and sink the Bread into the water just a while and press with hands gently for drain the water from Bread. Now put a spoon of curry into a slice and gently pack the curry roundly with that slice only. Do like that for the remain. Put these Rolls in a refrigerator for 2 hours. Next fry these Rolls in a Pan with Oil. Now BREAD ROLLS are ready to serve Hot Hotly...
