Veg-KABAB



REQUIREMENTS: 

Potatoes - 1/2 kg., Carrot - 1/2 kg., Plantains - 2, Beetroot - 1, Onions - 4, Gram flour - 1/2 cup, Bread Slices - 12, Freash Cream - 2 spoons, Coriander leaves - 2 spoons, Salt, Oil as required.

MASALA PASTE:

 Garlic - 8, Ginger - 1 inch, Poppy seeds - 2 spoons, Red Chilli Powder - One & half spoon, Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon, Green Chilli - 6, Caraway - 1/2 spoon, Cardamom - 4, Black Pepper - 1 spoon, Venigar - 4 spoons, Cinnamon - 1 inch, Clove - 4.

COOKING STYLE:

 Peel off the Boiled Potatoes and make it like paste, now cut the Beans into pieces, peel off the Carrot and Beetroot and boiled theses all. Cut the Onions into small pieces. Peel off the Boiled Plantains and make it as a round ball. Grate the Carrot and Beetroot. Now fry the Onion pieces in a Pan with Oil and add Salt, Sugar and Masala Paste and fry them again until no smell. And again add the above prepared vegetables and fry them till evoperation of water. Now add Gram flour and Bread Slices which sinked into water for just a while and pressed for drain water. And now gently mix them all and make it as round cylinder shape balls. Now fry these cylinders in a Pan with heat Oil. Next apply butter on it. Serve with Green Chutney, Tomato Ketchup, Onion, Lemon, Pepper, Salt...Vovv...
