REQUIREMENTS:
Flour - 1/2 kg, Sugarless Thickened Milk - 100 gr., Sugar - 1 kg., Raisins - 25 gr., Cashew - 25 gr., Cardamom - 10 gr., Clarified Butter - 100 gr., Backing Powder - just small little Quantity, Grated Coconut - 100 gr., Salt as required.
COOKING STYLE:
Add and mix the Salt and Backing Powder to the Flour, and sift that and again mix with clarified Butter and again add some water and gently mix it and make a round ball shape. left it aside for 15 minutes.
Now gently mix the thickened Milk, Grated Coconut, Sugar-100 gr., Raisins, pieces of Cashew and Cardamom powder. Now put the sweet mixture aside.
Now take that Flour ball and make it as small balls and press the balls like flat bread and put one spoon of sweet mixture on it. Now take another flat bread and slightly wet the both flat breads and put the flat bread with mixture into the another flat bread for thickness. Now gently cover and fold the flat breads and press the boarders to joint. Next gently fry them in a Pan with light heated Oil.
Now prepare the Sugar syrup and sink these fried balls just a while for few seconds and left them aside until dry. Serve them after completion of dry...hmm...have a sweet crunch...
