REQUIREMENTS:
Make Paneer with 2 ltr. milk, Carrot - 2, Beans - 20, Green Peas - 2 cups, Cashew - 25 gr., sugarless thickened milk - 1 cup, Turmeric powder, Oil, Salt as required.
GRAVY: Tomatoes - 6, Onions - 6, Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 spoons, Curd - 2 cups, Red Chilli powder - 3 spoons, Garam Masala - 1 spoon, Oil - 4 spoons, Nutmeg, Salt as required.
COOKING STYLE:
Cut the Lemon and apply the lemon drops on well heaten milk. It results the Broken Milk. Now drain the water by filtering this milk with softened cloth and make paste that Paneer. Peel of the Boiled Tomatoes skin and make Tomato paste. Now add some salt and boiled the pieces of Beans, Carrot and Green Peas. Next gently drain the water from these boiled vegetables and mix them with thickened milk, Cashew and salt. Now make Paneer as small balls. Make a small trench to the Paneer balls and put the Masala Paste in it and gently cover and cap it with that Paneer and fry those Paneer balls in a Pan with Oil. Now the Koftas are ready.
Next, fry the Onion pieces in a Pan with Oil and add Tomato Paste, Ginger Garlic Paste, Nutmeg powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Curd and Salt and fry these again in that Pan. Now the Gravy is ready. Now put the Koftas into the Gravy and apply the Coriander leaves on it and Serve Hot Hotly...hmm...Vov...
