REQUIREMENTS:
Paneer - 1/2 kg., Pieces of Onion - 1 cup, Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 spoons, Green Chilli - 6, Soya sauce - 2 spoons, Corn flour - 2 spoons, Garam Masala - 1 spoon, Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon, Tomato paste - 2 spoons, Spring Onion - 1, Coriander leaves, Oil, Salt as required.
COOKING STYLE:
Cut the Paneer into pieces and fry these in Pan with Oil. Put them aside.
Now fry the pieces of Onion, Green Chillies and Ginger Garlic paste in a Pan with Oil. After 5 minutes add Water and boiled this with fried pieces of Paneer, Salt, Pepper powder, Soya sauce and Garam Masala. At last stage of this, add Corn flour which slightly mixed with water and again boiled it for 10 minutes. And apply the Coriander leaves, Spring Onion to this Chilli Paneer...and Ready to serve... hmm... tasty...
