Paneer - 2 cups, Thickened Milk - 2 cups, Semolina - 4 spoons, Baking Powder - 1/4 spoon, Sugar - 6 cups, Water - 2 cups, Cardamom powder - 1 spoon, Clarified Butter (or) Groundnut Oil - 2 cups.
COOKING STYLE:
Put the Semolina into 6 spoons Water for a while. Prepare Sugar Syrup in a big bowl.
Now gently mix and paste the Paneer and Thickened Milk in another bowl. Now gently mix this with wet Semolina and Cardamom powder and make it like a ball and again make it as 16 round balls. Now make that each ball as like a thin thread and make some flower or any round shape with that thread. Next fry these in a Pan with heaten clarified Butter or Oil for a while until turns the colur into gold. Next put these and sink in Sugar Syrup for the duration of 4 hours. Now the Paneer Jalebi is Ready...hmm...R U Ready...
Note: You can also use the Jaggery in place of Sugar, as u like...
