REQUIREMENTS:
Oats - 1/4 cup, Badam - 1/4 cup, Sugar - 1 cup, Cashew - 2 spoons, Raisins - 2 spoons, Milk - 1/2 ltr., Cardamom powder - 1 spoon, grated Coconut - 1 cup, clarified Butter - 4 table spoons.
COOKING STYLE:
Put and sink the Badam in the water for 2 hours and next peel off its skin and paste it. Now boiled the Milk in a big bowl and add Oats to it and again boiled it for 10 minutes. Next add and mix Sugar, Badam Paste and grated coconut to it, while boiling. At last mix the Cardamom powder. Now garnish this Oats Badam Kheer with Raisins and Cashews ( fried with clarified Butter )...and Serve it...hmm...oh...Oats...
