PANEER SHAHI KORMA

REQUIREMENTS:

 Paneer - 100 gr., Onions - 2 or 3, Green Chilli - 2 or 3, Paste the small piece of Ginger and 4 pieces of Garlic, Poppy seeds - 10 gr., Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon, Oil - 30 gr., Cashew - 10 gr., Green Peas - 20 gr., Garam Masala, Turmeric powder, Salt as required.

COOKING STYLE: 

First divide the Paneer into two parts. Cut the first half into pieces and grate the second half. Boiled the Onions and grind them in a Mixie. Slightly fry this Onion paste in a Pan with Oil and again add and fry with Ginger Garlic paste and pieces of Green Chilli. Next gently mix with Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Salt, Cashew and Poppy seeds paste. Now add and boiled this with boiled Green Peas, grated Paneer and pieces of Paneer. Next add Water, Salt and Garam Masala and wait for just a while for one minute on stove. Now its ready to serve...Vov...what a smell...hmm...
