Stuffed CAPSICUM


REQUIREMENTS:

Capsicum - 250 gr., Onions - 100 gr., Roasted Bengal Gram powder - 50 gr., Red Chilli Powder - 5 gr., Turmeric powder, Garam Masala - small little quantity, Coriander leaves - 1 bunch, Oil - 75 gr., Salt as required.

COOKING STYLE: 

First slightly slice the Capsicum and remove the seeds and put the mixture of grated Onions, roasted Bengal Gram powder, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala, Coriander leaves and Salt in it.
Put these Mixture Capsicums in a bowl, and slightly drop Oil upon each and cap the bowl and switch on the stove at low fire. Mix the Capsicums in that bowl with short intervals. Apply water lightly on the cap for good toast. Now the Stuffed Capsicum is ready...hmm...hot...
