Aloo Pickle ( Potato Avakaya )



Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes 1/4 kilo
Mustard powder 2 tbsp
Fenugreek powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Dried red chillies 3
Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
Lemon 2
Garlic 2
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/4 cup
Oil 1 cup

Preparation:
Heat some oil for deep sauteing,add potatoes and deep fry until light-weight golden brown color. Transfer the cooked potatoes into a separate bowl,in the same pan add dried red chillies,tempering seeds,crushed garlic,curry leaves,red chili powder,mustard,fenugreek powder,turmeric,salt and blend well. Finally add cooked potatoes to the pan and provides it an honest stir.Off the stove and rest the mixture to cool down down,add juice and blend well.Transfer into a bowl and serve.
