Tomato Halwa



Ingredients:
Tomatoes 1/4 kilo
Sugar 1 cup
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Dry fruits 20 grams
Cardamoms
Ghee 4 tbsp

Preparation:
Blend tomatoes into a sleek paste and strain it,remove the seeds and keep aside. Take a pan add sugar,some water and convey it to boil.Prepare syrup. Add two tbsp corn flour to tomato puree and blend well with none lumps. Now add tomato puree to the syrup and blend well till it attains thick consistency. Meanwhile heat some clarified butter during a pan and fry dry fruits until lightweight golden brown color.Finally sprinkle some cardamom powder and transfer into a bowl, garnish with cooked dry fruits.
