Beerakaya Vellulipaya Curry ( Ridgegourd Garlic Curry)



Ingredients:
Garlic cloves fried in oil
Beerakaya - 1/2 Kg
Onion chopped - 2
Turmeric powder - Pinch
Green chillies - 3
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Oil
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

Preparation:
Take a pan pour some oil and heat it. Add onion chopped,green chillies cut and slitted saute for few minutes. Add fried garlic cloves,beerakaya pieces,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well. Add some water as we needed and cook for few minutes. Off the stove and transfer into a bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves.
