Verusenaga Halva (Peanut Halwa)



Requirements 
Peanuts 1 cup
Sugar powder 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Dry coconut powder 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 cup
Soaked badam
Food colour a pinch
Cardamoms

Preparation:
Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,add peanut paste and saute for few minutes on medium flame till it attains brown colour. Take another pan boil some milk and pour into peanut mixture and cook well. Add dissolved food colour to the pan and mix well till it attains thick consistency. Add sugar powder to the pan and mix well evenly. Cook for few minutes.Switch off the stove and transfer into a plate,garnish with coconut powder,silver foil and cherries and serve.
