    Budamkaya Aavakaya



    Ingredients:
    Budamkaya - Half Kg
    Red chillies - 3
    Curry leaves
    Fenugreek powder - 1 Spoon
    Hing - Pinch
    Mustard powder - 1 spoon

    Salt- Half cup
    Red chilli powder - Half cup
    Turmeric powder - Pinch
    Lemon juice - 2Spoons
    Oil


    Preparation:
    Cut budamkaya items in tiny items and keep aside. Take a bowl add mustard powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder,fenugreek powder,salt and blend well,finally add budamkaya items and blend well equally. Add some oil and blend well.Heat some oil during a pan,add mustard,cumin,fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,hing,red chillies and saute for a second,transfer into pickle mixture and blend well. Rest aside to cool down down the combineture add juice and provides it an honest mix.
