    Veggie Omelet Sandwich



    Ingredients:Egg 1
    Green capsicum 1 tbsp
    Carrot chopped 1 tbsp
    Mushroom chopped 1 tbsp
    Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Black pepper 1/4 tbsp
    Garlic grated 1 tbsp
    Green chillies 1/4 tbsp finely chopped
    Pinch of red chilli powder
    Turmeric powder
    Salt to taste
    Bread

    Preparation:
    Take a pan pour some oil and warmth. Add in sliced shrub,carrot,green chillies,garlic sliced and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add in sliced mushrooms and blend well.Cook for an additional one minute. Take a bowl break one egg,add in very little quantity of milk. In 1/4 tbsp of water add turmeric powder,red chile powder,salt and blend well in egg mixture.Mix well. Add very little quantity of black pepper,coriander leaves and blend well. Sprinkle some salt on done veggies and blend well.Spread the veggies all round the pan.


    Pour the egg mixture on veggies equally.Cook until done on either side.Transfer the omelette on bread slice and place cheese strip on that. Cut the surplus a part of the omelette,add sliced tomato on prime of sandwich,place another slice lubricated with ketchup.Place the sandwich on pan and roast it until firm.And take away a pair of equal items and serve hot.
