    Carrot and Cauliflower Pickle



    Ingredients:
    Cauliflower - 1 cup
    Carrot - 1/2 cup
    Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
    Curry leaves
    Garlic - 8 cloves
    Garlic paste - 1 spoon
    Hing - Pinch
    Lemon juice - 1 spoon
    Fenugreek powder - 1 spoon
    Mustard powder - 1/2 spoon
    Mustard seed - 1 spoon
    Oil

    Red chillies - 2
    Red chilli powder - 1/2 cup
    Salt to taste
    Turmeric powder - Pinch

    Preparation:
    1.Slice carrot and cauliflower into little cubes and keep aside.

    2.Take a bowl add red hot pepper powder,mustrd powder,fenugreek powder,garlic mashed,turmeric powder and blend well.

    3.Heat some oil during a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chillies,hing,garlic mashed and saute for a moment when done,switch off the flame and add curry leaves.Keep this tempering aside to chill down.

    4.Now take spices mixture add temepring into it and blend it well, currently add cut Carrot and cauliflower cubes into it and blend it well finally add lemon jice. keep this mixture for 6hrs a aspect.
