How much salt is needed, how much eat ?



The World Health Organization says, A day 5 grams of salt insufficient. Do not be too close to equaling the size of the salt we consume.

Pavbhaji staying in the salt - bhaji 2.03 g + Pav 1.51 g = 3.54 g
Instant noodles - 80 g of noodles - 0.95 g
Dosa - Coconut chutney 1.54 à°—్à°°ా + Dosa 1.44 à°—్à°°ా + Sambar 1.53 à°—్à°°ా = 4.51 à°—్à°°ా
Alu Bhujia - 100 grams = 0.70 g
Potato chips - per 100 grams = 0.8 grams
chole bhature - Chole 2.35 à°—్à°°ా + Chutnet 1.50 à°—్à°°ా + Roti 0.06 à°—్à°°ా = 3.91 à°—్à°°ా
