vegetable palak tikki



Ingredients:
Bundle of spinach - 1
Radish -1 (short)
Carrot -1
Boiled potatoes -2
Ginger-green chilli paste - 1 spoon
Pea nuts - 1/4 cup
Salt-taste enough
Oil

METHOD
It is important to clean, rinse the the spinach thinly sliced. Carrot, radish, thinly sliced potatoes have also. Once the roast and grind mixy to peanut. So it will be a little little bit. Now put the stove in a pan and fry in the oil heats up, it spinach, radish, carrot, potato slices and fry ginger-green chilli paste, fry for a while, pea nut paste and mix well. Cool hand to small balls or biscuits. Like a lot of kids will eat it.
