
Ingredients:
Raw Mangoes - 1 cup
Mustard powder - 2 spoons
Fenugreek powder - 1 spoon
Hing - Pinch
Red chillies - 2
Oil
Turmeric - Pinch
Salt
Red chilli powder - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 2spoons
Fenugreek seeds - s spoons
Preparation:
Wash and clean mangoes thoroughly with water,wipe the mangoes with clean towel,cut into small bite size pieces. Transfer into a bowl,add oil,turmeric,fenugreek powder,mustard powder,red chilli powder,salt,hing and mix well.
Add some heated oil and mix well evenly all over. Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard,fenugreek seeds,red chillies and saute till brown colour. Rest the mixture to cool down,transfer into pickle mixture and mix well.
