Requirements

Rice - two cups;

Chopped Fenugreek - cup; 

Green chillies - six;

Dry chilli - three;

Urad gram, senagapappu, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cashew nuts - two spoons at all;

Pea nuts - pavukappu; 

Lemons - four (juice taken);

Oil - pavukappu;

Salt - to taste enough.


METHOD
Fenugreek boil. Fenugreek with water so that the rice should be cooked .Four cups of making it myself. Fenugreek is now another cup dry rice cooked filter the water and dry the washed rice and salt to include enough.  Now one spoon the pan, heat the oil and fry well Fenugreek. If a pinch of salt .. it will be bitter. It should rice.Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and Dry chilli, vertically split green chillies, fried. Add the rice. Finally, adding the lemon juice ..Well put together.
