
Ingredients:
Cucumber 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Cabbage 1/2 cup
Beans 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Dried red chillies 3
Cloves 2
Pepper corns 1/2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Oil 20 ml
Preparation:
Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add pepper corns,cloves,red chillies,onions and fry for few minutes. Add cabbage,cucumber,carrot,capsicum,beans,cauliflower and fry for another few minutes. Add red chilli powder,salt,vinegar,sugar and give it a good mix.Cook for couple of minutes and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
