Sheer Khurma (Vermicelli Pudding)



INGREDIENTS
Thin vermicelli - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 spoons
Milk - 1 cup
Cashew nuts - 1 spoon
Almonds - 1 spoon
Chironji - 1 spoon
Cardamom powder - Pinch
Ghee - 3 spoons

METHOD
Take a pan pour sufficient oil and deep fry thin vermicelli till golden brown colour and keep aside. Soak cashew nuts,badam,chironji in water and cut them into slices. Now add soaked and sliced dry fruits into the pan and saute till light golden colour.Remove them into a separate bowl and keep aside.

Take another pan pour 1 liter milk and bring it to boil.Add sugar 1 bowl and mix well till sugar melts evenly in milk. Add fried vermicelli,dry fruits fried and mix well.Sprinkle some cardamom powder and bring it to a boil.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
