Moong rava dosa



Ingredients
1 cup - moong dal
2 cups - Wheat Rawa
salt to taste


METHOD
Soak the moong metric capacity unit and wheat rawa singly in sufficient water for 30-40 minutes. Grind the moong metric capacity unit and wheat rawa with salt and water to organize the batter (neither too thick nor too watery). On a hot flat non-stick pan thinly unfold the batter. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Do not flip. Apply butter or drawn butter on prime and serve hot with coconut Indian relish.
