Sorakaya Bobbatlu



Ingredients:
Sorakaya grated 1 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Kova 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
Ghee 1/4 cup
Cashew nut powder 1/4 cup


Preparation:
1.Take a bowl add flour,some water and prepare sleek dough and keep aside.

2.Take a pan pour some clarified butter and soften it,add sorakaya grated and saute for couple of minutes.

3.Add kova,sugar,cardamom powder and blend well equally,fry for couple of minutes.Finally add cashew powder and provides it a decent combine.Rest the mixture to chill down aside.

4.Divide the dough into little equal parts and place the stuffing within and pat it well.

5.Roll into a paratha,meanwhile heat a pan by descending some clarified butter.Place the paratha on pan and cook equally on each side until golden brown color.Serve hot.
