    Vegetable Pan Rolls



    Ingredients:
    Carrot - 1 cup
    Cabbage - 1 cup
    Onions - 2
    Green chillies - 3
    Coriander leaves
    Corn flour - 1/2 cup
    Maida - 1 cup
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
    Salt
    Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
    Turmeric powder - Pinch
    Eggs - 1
    Milk - 1 cup
    Lemon juice - 1 spoon

    Cloves
    Oil

    Preparation:
    1.Take a bowl,add egg,corn flour,salt,milk,maida and blend well with none lumps.

    2.Keep stirring the mixture and keep aside,heat some oil in a very pan,add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and saute until onions area unit brown color,.

    3.Add veggies,salt,red chili pepper powder and fry for jiffy.Once done sprinkle some coriander leaves.

    4.Heat a tawa,drizzle some oil and unfold equally.Place corn flour batter on tawa and unfold equally.Cook on either side until done.

    5.Heat spare oil for deep preparation,add some juice to cooked mixture and blend well.

    6.Place cooked mixture in rolls,fold it in triangle form,enclose it with some cloves.Drop the ready rolls in hot oil and deep fry until nice golden color.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
