Tamota Avakaya (Tamota Pickle)


Ingrediants
3 tomatoes
4 karivepaku leaves
4 kottimeera leaves
50 gms tamarind (if paste -2 spoons)
1 tbsp talinpu ginjalu
3 green chillies-2-3
2 tsp oil

METHOD
First cut tomatoes,chillies and kottimeera leaves. Then take one pan and place oil and heat it. Then place talinpu and add tomatoes, chillies, kottimeera and karivepaku leaves. keep the contents in pan for five minutes and stir them well certify that tomatoes could n 't address paste. Then take the pan removed from stove and obtain it cold for five to ten minutes. Then place the contents in grinder,..add tamarind and salt for style. If u want u will add some garlic.
