Ingredients:
Ragi flour-2cups
Black gram dhal-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Soda powder-1/2 tea spoon
Method of preparation
Soak black gram pigeon pea for one hour. Grind to swish batter. Mix kurakkan flour with water to idli batter. Mix salt ,soda powder. Pour ladle choked with batter over the tawa and unfold into skinny dosa. Roast in low flame and serve hot.
